Ā
Sometimes you just want something sweet.
This green smoothie is my go-to when my sweet tooth kicks in.Ā I know it sounds strange, but it really does the trick!
The berries, banana and vanilla protein powder are delightfully sweet, and you can’t even taste the spinach. (I promise!) The extra protein also helps keep me satiated and reduces sugar cravings as well. It’s a total win-win.
You can use any high-quality protein mix you like, just look for something manufactured to high standards; the protein powder market is pretty vast and a lot of it is full of fillers and unhealthy chemicals. I personally use and recommend USANA’s Nutrimeal protein powder.
Give it a whirl and let me know what you think in the comments below.
