Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (or any selection of berries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (peeled)
  • 12 cups baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein mix (I use 3 scoops of USANA Nutrimeal Freeā„¢)
  • 15 ounces purified water
  • handful of ice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Drink immediately or store for later.
