This refreshing watermelon juice recipe might be the easiest “fancy” drink you’ll ever make.

It’s hydrating, naturally sweet, and takes less than five minutes from start to finish. No juicer required—just a blender and a few simple ingredients.

It’s technically blended like a smoothie, but lighter and more refreshing, so we’re calling it juice and keeping things simple.

On hot days, this is one of my favorite ways to hydrate. Watermelon is naturally high in water (obviously), plus it contains vitamin C and electrolytes that help you feel refreshed and energized.

If you like something lightly sweet, cold, and incredibly easy; you’ll make this on repeat.

Description

This watermelon juice recipe is one of the easiest, most hydrating drinks you can make. Naturally sweet and blended in minutes with fresh watermelon, coconut water, and mint, it’s perfect for hot days, entertaining, or a quick healthy treat. No juicer needed—just blend, pour, and enjoy.


Ingredients

Units
  • 5 cups watermelon, cut into large chunks (seedless if possible)
  • 2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon, coconut water, mint, and ice to a high-speed blender. Blend for about 20–30 seconds, or until smooth and pourable.
  2. Taste and adjust—add more mint or a squeeze of lime if you want a brighter flavor. Serve immediately over ice, or chill before serving.
