- 2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 cups ice
Instructions
- Add the watermelon, coconut water, mint, and ice to a high-speed blender. Blend for about 20–30 seconds, or until smooth and pourable.
- Taste and adjust—add more mint or a squeeze of lime if you want a brighter flavor. Serve immediately over ice, or chill before serving.
