Hot summer days call for easy, chill lunches.

I’ve really been enjoying this super simple yet highly functional smoothie. I feel so good after drinking it that I have one almost every day.

Collagen is full of amino acids that your body and skin love, while the probiotic keeps your gut health in tip top shape. With no added sugar, this can be your easy summer go-to when you need something quick, healthy, and tasty.

This smoothie is:

I keep (peeled) frozen bananas and frozen blueberries in my freezer for just such occasions. Fresh fruit also works well here, especially if you need to use it up.

  • 1 serving of a high-quality probiotic (I use USANA Probiotic)
  • handful of ice if the fruit is fresh

Directions: Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Serve immediately or store up to 12 hours in the refrigerator. The ingredients will naturally separate, simply stir to combine.
