Pike Place Market is one of my favorite places to explore in Seattle.
I love grabbing a slice of pizza and walking around the market, or taking a slice to the stairs behind the main craft hall and enjoying the view.
The market is renowned for its flowers, fresh produce, and unique crafts and hosts some of Seattle’s most delightful culinary spots. Pizza included!
Here is a curated list of the top pizza spots at Pike Place Market where you can savor the flavors and create lasting memories.
1. Pizza & Pasta Bar
My #1 pick is Pizza & Pasta Bar is a go-to for a quick, delicious slice.

This cute spot tucked quitely behind Pike Place Chowder in Post Alley makes awesome pizza.
The crust is perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fantastic, and they make it fresh every day.

Favorites include the Classic Margarita, the White Truffle Mushroom pizza, which combines the earthy richness of truffle oil with a creamy blend of cheeses, and the classic Pepperoni, loaded with spicy, crisp pepperoni slices.
If you’re in the mood for pasta, their hearty Bolognese or the Alfredo are also great (but less convenient to eat while walking).
On my last visit, I had the classic cheese pizza while enjoying the view from the benches behind the craft stalls. To find this spot, grab a slice of pizza at Pizza and Pasta Bar, then walk down to the main building where the flowers are. Go through the arts and crafts stalls to the back toward the water, and you’ll see the doors that open to a big space with a great view of the bay. There are stairs, benches and tables to enjoy your food on a nice day!

2. DeLaurenti Food & Wine
A staple in Pike Place Market since 1946, DeLaurenti Food & Wine offers imported Italian ingredients, and they have good pizza for a GREAT price. DeLaurenti is located in the corner, right near the main Public Market Clock sign at the entrance in the market.

Known for its gourmet groceries and extensive wine selection, DeLaurenti also serves up some of the best pizzas in the market. Their hand-tossed pies are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, making each bite a flavorful journey to Italy.
One of my personal favorites is their classic cheese, featuring mozzarella and a perfectly tangy tomato sauce.
For those who enjoy a bit of spice, the Diavola with spicy salami and chili flakes is a must-try. Pair your pizza with a glass of wine in their (small) upstairs seating area for a complete dining experience.
DeLaurenti is also the best place to shop for imported Italian cheeses and meats in Seattle, and they also make fresh pasta daily that you can order by the pound to cook at home. I always stop by the cheese counter and get some fresh farmer’s cheese and a fresh cut of pasta while I’m here. It’s like a little taste of Italy right in Seattle.
3. Il Bistro
Il Bistro offers a more upscale dining experience within Pike Place Market, combining the charm of the market with the elegance of a traditional Italian bistro. It’s a sitdown restaruant, so not great for a slice to go. But, if you want to sit down and enoy pizza, this is your spot!
Their wood-fired pizzas are crafted with care, featuring a thin, crispy crust and gourmet toppings.
They often have a sausage pizza featuring the Pacific Northwest’s famous Mama Lil’s Peppers, and their cheese pizza is great.
The romantic, candlelit ambiance makes Il Bistro a perfect spot for a special meal.
I remember celebrating a milestone here, savoring the exquisite pizza and the intimate atmosphere, making it a memorable evening.
4. Alibi Room
The Alibi Room is an iconic spot located across from the famous Gum Wall in Post Alley.
Known for its brick-oven pizzas, this hip hideaway offers a cozy atmosphere with exposed brick and wood beams.
Their pizzas, such as the classic Margherita and the hearty Meat Lovers, are crafted to perfection in their brick oven.
The Alibi Room also features an extensive cocktail menu, making it a great place to relax after exploring the market.
I love the speakeasy vibe of the Alibi Room, which makes it a perfect spot for unwinding with a delicious pizza and a drink.
Conclusion
Pike Place Market offers an eclectic mix of foods, and the pizza offerings here are no exception.
Next time you’re wandering through Pike Place Market, be sure to stop by these top spots and grab a slice of your favorite pizza. I often grab a second one to-go 😉
