Ingredients

- Whole grain crackers (or your child’s favorite crackers or pita rounds)
- 4-6 slices deli turkey or ham (or leftover chicken)
- 2-3 cheese slices or cubes
- 1/2 cup baby carrots or cucumber slices
- 1/2 apple (sliced) or a handful of grapes
- 1/4 cup berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
Optional add-ins:
- Hummus, guacamole, or ranch for dipping
- Raisins or a small dark chocolate square for a treat
Instructions
- Prep the base: Place crackers, sliced meat, and cheese in one section of a bento box or lunch container.
- Add fruits & veggies: Fill another section with carrots, cucumbers, or your child’s favorite vegetables.
- Sweet finish: Add fresh fruit or a small treat in the last section.
- Pack it up: Close the container tightly. If needed, add an ice pack to keep everything fresh until lunchtime.
