Description

This Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie is the perfect Valentine’s day treat. It’s tasty, nutritious, and comes together in just 5 minutes!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen and stems removed
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 serving protein powder of choice
  • Chocolate-dipped strawberries, optional for serving
  • Chocolate shavings, optional for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend banana, strawberries, milk, honey, cocoa powder, and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve cold. Garnish if desired.
