- 16 ounces of filtered water
- 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 heaping tablespoons almond butter
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons psyllium husk powder (optional) (I use this one)
- big handful of ice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 60 seconds. Start on low and slowly work your way to high for the smoothest result. Enjoy immediately.
