- 1 cup coconut water (no sugar added), plus more if needed for blending
- 1 serving collagen powder (I use Vital Proteins)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about the juice from 1/2 of a lemon)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (or other high-water fruit)
- 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Optional: 1 serving probiotic powder
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately.
