- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry rosé
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (honey simple syrup works); more or less to your taste
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Garnish with a slice of strawberry and sprig of fresh mint
Instructions
- In a blender, blend your dry rosé, simple syrup, frozen strawberries, frozen watermelon cubes, and lime juice until it’s slushy. Don’t over-blend as the heat of the blender will melt it.
- If it doesn’t look like a slushy, add a few ice cubes and combine quickly until the texture is right.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a strawberry slice and a spring of fresh mind, and serve immediately.
