Perfect for sparkling water, mocktails, or a spiced old fashioned.

Ingredients

Units
  • 1 1/4 cups Apple cider
  • 1 Navel Orange, sliced
  • 1 Apple, chunked
  • 6 Cinnamon sticks
  • 6 Star anise

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tray: Place your 6-cube silicone “old fashioned” mold on a flat tray for stability.
  2. Add Fruit & Spices: Into each cube compartment, add an orange slice, a few apple pieces, a cinnamon stick piece, and one star anise.
  3. Pour Cider: Slowly fill each compartment with apple cider, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion.
  4. Freeze: Place flat in the freezer for at least 6–8 hours, or overnight.
  5. Serve: Pop out a cube and add to mocktails, sparkling cider, or your favorite cozy cocktail.

  • Apple Prosecco Sparkler: Drop into prosecco for a festive fall sip.
