- 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat yogurt)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, grated or pressed
- 3-4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Use a bowl big enough that you can really whisk the water into the yogurt well.
- Slowly whisk in the water until the sauce is smooth and pourable.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve right away or store in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days.
