How do I access the workshop?

Follow the steps above to purchase your book and submit your information, then check your email for the link to the workshop. You will also get an email reminder the day before and an hour before the workshop begins. This online workshop is hosted on Zoom Webinar, an easy to use online webinar platform. 

When will I receive my book?

The Health Habit releases on August 20, 2019. Most retailers will ship your pre-ordered book that day, or shortly thereafter. You can also pick up a copy in major bookstores across the US on August 20th or after. You do not need your copy to get the most out of the workshop as you'll get a downloadable workbook on the workshop. Your hardcopy book will further your education and enhance what you learn in the workshop in addition to providing the entire plan and recipes to get you started. 

What if I can't make it live?

Not a problem. Everyone signed up will be emailed a link to download the workshop within 48 hours of the live event. The workshop is yours to keep to return to whenever needed.
